· Quick, on time and good value estimate of the works; you certainly understood what we wanted and we are not the easiest of clients
· Good communication pre your starting and helpful advice on the quantities of the specialist paint that we needed; everything else provided by you and included in the price.
· Very good preparation, with good attention to detail and finish – you were also very clean and tidy on site; this was whether you were putting up coving; painting walls, ceilings and woodwork; preparing the beams 25 ft off the ground in the barn; coating the barn, shed and granary with Sadolin; sourcing a specialist waterproof colour matched paint for the damp dwarf walls of the barn; or wall papering Kirsten’s office with Farrow & Ball wallpaper. Sometimes, we could not believe how quickly you got things done.
· When there were issues with the project or changes to the estimate needed, as there always are in refurbishment projects, you were very open about the issue, explained it well and came up with solid solutions to resolve it – you were also very flexible in relation to working “around” our builders timescales, which was not always easy
· Overall, from start to finish, working with you was a very good experience; you delivered the project exactly as we wanted and we have no hesitation in recommending your work to others – we will definitely be working with you in future – if you can still put up with my obsessive compulsive nature!
